De'Notes® was invented out of a need.  I owned a fast paced printing business, and I wore a pen around my neck, a cordless phone with a headset, but I never had a piece of  paper. I remembered watching Captain Kangaroo when I was a child, and Mr. Green Jeans wore notes pinned to his overalls, so I thought "why not wear the paper before it was written on"? That is how De'Notes® was born.        

     Getting from the idea to the finished patented, trademarked product took the help of several people and companies.  Thanks to Carl  Dekker, owner of Met-L-Flo, my prototyper, Vince Elders, my attorney, Chuck Parzick, for the name, De'Notes®, and my husband Dave, for his help and understanding throughout the whole process.
